Cancellation Policy

Please arrive early and do your best to plan accordingly upon confirmation of your appointment. If you are late to your appointment, your session will likely be shortened out of consideration for your therapist and other clients. (Unfortunately, we do not run our appointments late out of respect for our clients time.) Depending on arrival time, Irma will determine if she is able to commence your appoint with the time available. Regardless of the treatment length, Altimate Massage will charge the full session amount.
